What Is the Point of Meditation, Anyway?

Someone recently asked me that question. This morning I decided to bring it to Spirit. 

This episode shares the answer that I heard, as well as some of what I already know to be true.

Meditation is strength training for your mind.  The power it supplies will help you in countless ways. Whether your goal is to master your thoughts, manifest the life you want, reach out for Spirit Communication, or to live a joyful life - Your meditation practice is an important part of your Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Health. Which form you use depends upon what your goal is in that moment. The benefits will ripple out accordingly.
